How I Wish I Were You

What’s a normal Indian girl’s life? Doting parents, a lighthearted family, acing in a few subjects, pursuing her dream career, finding love, a loving new family and a small world of her own. Relaxing on a recliner at the end of the day, with her hands intertwined with the man she loves as they cherish precious memories.  

Naina Agarwal. The girl who had dreamt of these but embraced a contrasting reality. Filled with obliteration without the slightest bit of ostentation. A path forced to embark, with wilted roses and a thousand thorns. Buried under compulsion, torn by fate.

Wrapped by a barbaric blanket of darkness, she knew her heart had no room for emotions; not even love. Or was there?
